Makes 2.25 parts
Ingredients
- 2 parts granulated white sugar
- 1 part water
Steps
- Combine water and sugar in a pot and simmer covered for about 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and let cool
- Store remaining 2.25 parts in a squeeze bottle
- 2:1 simple syrup is indefinitely shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated
