Ingredients

• 1.5oz vodka
• 0.75oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5oz Aperol
• 0.75oz lemon juice
• 0.75oz ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1 egg white

Steps

1. Combine and dry shake vigorously
2. Add ice and shake to chill
3. Strain into a coupe glass
