  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk together buffalo sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, mustard powder, and salt
  3. Cut chicken into small pieces and pat dry
  4. Whisk eggs vigorously in a medium bowl until uniform
  5. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat
  6. Fry each piece of chicken by dipping in egg, cornstarch, and egg before laying it in the oil
  7. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes
  8. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and place on wire cooling rack
  9. Adjust heat and add oil as needed until all chicken is fried
  10. Combine fried chicken with sauce in a large mixing bowl
  11. Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes
  12. Coat chicken with sauce again, and bake for 10 more minutes
  13. Serve over white rice
