Makes 12 ounces of syrup
Ingredients
- 4 ounces of blueberry syrup (Rose’s)
- 8 ounces of 2:1 simple syrup
- 2 sprigs of mint leaves
Steps
- Add mint leaves and 2 ounces of blueberry syrup to flat-bottomed glass
- Muddle thoroughly
- Strain leaves away, combine with remaining blueberry syrup and simple syrup
